Wow, koliko dug naslov haha! Pozdrav dragi moji i dobro došli u novi post na mom blogu koji je ujedno i prvi collab sa predivnom Aleksandrom Ristić sa bloga Perfection is just a word a tema koju ćemo nas dvije obrađivati u našim postovima jeste kako postati jutarnja osoba. Pa da počnemo!

Wow, that was such a long title haha! Hello my dear readers and welcome to another post!
I’m very excited to announce my first collab post and what makes it more exciting is the fact that I’m doing a collab with a great and beautiful blogger – Aleksandra Ristic from Perfection is just a word . Be sure to check her blog out because she is absolutely amazing and she writes really interesting posts.We decided to write a post about being the morning person giving you advice so you can easily become one of us! We know it’s has always been hard to wake up early in the morning and go to school or job so we decided to make it easier for you and show you how you can become happier in the morning.Let’s get into this!

  • SPAVAJTE DOVOLJNO DUGO. – Ovo je jako bitno! Ljudsko tijelo treba oko 7-8 sati sna da se odmori i pripremi za idući dan. Ostavite se kompjutera, mobitela i TV-a i otiđite spavati ranije. Vjerujte mi, zahvalit ćete sebi ujutro!

  • GET ENOUGH SLEEP. – This is really important! Human body needs about 7-8 hours of sleep to rest and become ready for the next day. Leave your computer, mobile phone or TV and go to sleep earlier. Trust me, you’ll thank yourself in the morning!
  • USTANITE 1 SAT RANIJE PRIJE NEGO ŠTO MORATE NAPUSTITI KUĆU. – Ovo je moj iskren savjet vama koji ja lično koristim. Trebam poći u školu svako jutro u 7 sati pa se budim u 6 da imam dovoljno vremena da odradim sve što trebam prije nego što napustim kuću i da se razbudim jer ne želim da zaspem u školi. Pisala sam o svojoj jutarnjoj rutini u prošlom postu koji možete pročitati —> OVDJE<– . 
  • GET UP 1 HOUR BEFORE YOU NEED TO GO. – This is my personal advice. I need to go to the school every morning at 7 AM and I wake up at 6 AM to have enough time to do everything I need to to wake myself up a little bit because I don’t want to sleep in the school.

  • SPREMITE SVOJE STVARI VEČER PRIJE. – Ovo je također nešto što ja odradim svaku večer. Pripremim svoje knjige za školu, svoju odjeću i novac za užinu. Također, napunite svoj mobitel noć prije ako ga nosite sa sobom na posao ili u školu. 

  • PREPARE YOUR STUFF THE NIGHT BEFORE.– I do this, too. I prepare my books for the school, my clothes and my snack money. And also, charge your mobile phone the night before if you bring it with you on your job/school.

  • DORUČKUJTE. – Znam da većina ljudi danas živi tim nekim bržim načinima života i kažu da nemaju dovoljno vremena da sjednu i doručkuju što je veoma loše za tijelo i za um. Zato vam savjetujem da se budite ranije. Ako se probudite ranije možete stići sebi napraviti doručak i jesti što će vam ubrzati metabolizam i ujedno vas razbuditi. Ali najvažniji dio svega toge jeste : da doručkujete ZDRAVO. Neki primjeri su : žitarice, zdrave palačinke, sendviči sa pecivima od cijelog zrna itd. Možete također popiti i kafu bezšećera ili čaj poput mene.

  • HAVE BREAKFAST. –I know the most people today are living the fast way of life and they can’t afford to sit down to eat which is totally bad for their body and mind. That’s why I said you should wake up earlier. Wake up and make yourself a breakfast because it’ll speed up your metabolism and wake you completely up. But here comes the most important part : have HEALTHY breakfast. Some examples are : corn flakes, healthy pancakes, healthy sandwiches with the whole wheat bread etc. You can also have a coffee but unsweetened one or you can simply have a tea like me.

  • ISPROBAJTE NEKE APLIKACIJE.– Ja lično ne koristim ove aplikacije ali mi se čine zanimljivim i možda počnem da ih koristim. Prva aplikacija koju sam pronašla za vas je ”Wake n Shake”. Ova aplikacija vas natjera da morate protresti vaš mkobitel da bi isključili alarm ujutro čime vas automatski razbudi i nema više straha od toga da ćete alarm isključiti i zaspati ponovo. Druga aplikacija se zove ”Better Me” koja automatski dijeli na vašem Facebook profilu vaše neuspjehe tj.kada kliknete da isključite alarm pa mislim da bi se radije probudili i ustali nego da vaši prijatelji na Facebooku vide da se niste uspjeli dići iz kreveta. Zadnja ali ne i manje važna aplikacija bi bila ”Sleep Cycle” koja prati vaše pokrete i na neki način shvati kada je najbolje vrijeme da vas probudi.

  • TRY SOME APPS. – I personally don’t use these apps but they seem interesting to me and I might start using them, too. The first app I picked up for you is called ‘Wake n Shake’. This app makes you shake your phone to turn of the app in the morning when the alarm goes on. This is so cool! The another app called ‘Better Me’ shares your failure (when you hit that snooze button) on your Facebook profile so I think you’d rather get up than get your friends to see your failure. And the last but definitely not least is the app called ‘Sleep Cycle’ which follows your movements and kind of figures out what is the best time for you to wake up.

  2. Ja sam totalno nocna ptica…
    Meni je bukvalno 8-9 sati ujutru isto kao i 4-5 hahahahah.Ja sam probudim takođe kao i ti 1 sat pre skole,ali ne jedem nista.Prosto imam vremena,ali ne mogu :/ hahah.Sviđa mi se post,sad si me podsetila da idem da jedem žitarice ili kako se vec zovu one coko kuglice koje se stavljaju u mleko hahahahhahahahahahahah xd.

  3. These are great tips, having a long & healthy breakfast is really important. What works best for me is getting up early so that I don't have to rush in the morning, I also need at least an hour. Another thing that really helps me is to do a quick workout in the morning and to listen to the radio/ watch something on Netflix while I'm getting ready. :)x
