Pozdrav dragi moji čitaoci i dobro došli u novi post na mom blogu čija su tema savjeti za motivaciju, nešto drugačije od mojih postova inače. Pišem vam o svom planu tjelovježbe i dajem vam par savjeta kako se motivisati da započnete sa zdravim životom i vježbanjem!
Nova godina kao da je bila jučer ali već je polovina februara i trebamo zaista započeti raditi na novogodišnjim ciljevima.
Pošto sam završila 30 Day Shred od Jillian Michaels prije par dana, program koji mi je pomogao zadnjih 15 dana jer sam se hranila zdravo što nije slučaj u prvoj polovini ovog plana gdje nisam ostvarila nikakve rezultate, pronašla sam novi plan za tjelovježbu o čemu ću vam danas i pričati!

Today’s theme is a little bit different that before because I’m writing about my workout plan and I’m giving you some tips for motivating yourself to start living a healthy life, lose/gain weight and work out!
New Year seems like it’s been yesterday but hello, it’s a half of the February and we really need to start with performing our New Year’s goals.
Since I have finished the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels  couple of days ago which really helped me the last 15 days when I was eating healthy because the first half of this workout plan I didn’t watch out for my diet so I didn’t  get any results, I needed to create a new workout plan and I did it! I found the best way for me to work out and here it is…

HIIT Cardio Workout – Tabata High Intensity Interval Training od Fitness Blender su prve vježbe koje radim. Ove vježbe su odlične! Nisu nimalo dosadne iako imaju samo 2 glavna pokreta osim zagrijavanja i ”hlađenja”. 
Nakon što sam vježbala prateći Jillian i druge dvije djevojke, mislila sam da će biti teže pratiti momka, u ovom slučaju Daniela, ali sam bila u krivu! Ove vježbe mi se jako sviđaju jer se mnogo znojim dok ih radim što bi trebalo značiti da ”rade”, zar ne?
is the first workout I do. This workout is AMAZING! It’s not boring at all although it has only 2 main moves besides the warm up and the cool down time. 
After I was working out with Jillian and the other 2 amazing ladies, I though it’d be harder to work out with a man, in this case with Daniel, but I was totally wrong! I really love it because I sweat a lot while I’m doing it and that should be the sign it’s working, right?
10 Minute Cardio Dance Abs Workout: Burn to the Beat- Keaira LaShae su druge vježbe koje radim, odmah poslije prvih navedenih! Zaboravila sam spomenuti da vježbam oko 5-6 navečer i da obavezno popijem šolju zelenog čaja prije vježbanja jer sam negdje pročitala da zeleni čaj potiče efektivnost vježbanja za 10-20% (ja mislim) pa zašto da ne?
O ovim vježbama… Jako su zanimljive i, vjerovali ili ne, uživam radeći ih jer se radi o vježbama plesanjem! Poslije Shreda, razmišljanja sam da počnem sa ovim tipom vježbi i drago mi je da jesam. 
Osjećaj poslije je nevjerovatan! 
is the second workout I do, right after the first one! I forgot to mention that I do them around 5-6 PM and I also drink a cup of a green tea before my workout because I have read somewhere that it can increase the effectiveness of your workout by 10-20% (I THINK) so why not?
Well, about this workout… It’s really interesting and , believe it or not, I ENJOY doing it because it’s a dance workout, people! Right after I have finished Shred, I was thinking to start with some dancing workouts and I finally did it and I’m happy I did. 
Could you even imagine how sweaty I am after doing these 2 workouts one right after another haha?
But the feeling… It’s great! 
Čučnjevi
Također radim i čučnjeve. Počela sam od 50 jednog jutra pa sam svako sljedeće jutro i večer prije spavanja dodavala po +20. 
Squats
I’m also doing some squats. I’ve started from 50 doing it one morning and one night and then I add +20 so every morning and every night before I go to bed I do some squats! 

SAVJETI ZA MOTIVACIJU

Kada se ja baš i ne osjećam raspoloženo za vježbanje samo potražim na Internetu ovakav sadržaj i to me mnogo motiviše. Izabrala sam par omiljenih citata i fotografija da vam pokažem…
MOTIVATION TIPS
1. PHOTOS – WeHeartIt, Tumblr, Pinterest and other social medias where you can find motivational photos will really help you! When I don’t feel like doing my workout I just search the Internet a little bit and I get extremely motivated to do it so I just picked up some of my favorite photos to show you…

2.ZAPISUJTE SVE – Napišite kada ste počeli sa svojim planom, koliko ste imali kg, koliko sada imate, vaš cilj, vaš plan itd. Pomoći će vam da ostanete motivisani jer kada nešto zapišete, ne želite baš prekinuti pravila koja ste sebi postavili!
2.WRITE IT DOWN-Just write down when you have started your plan, how much weigh do you have now, what is your goal, your workout plan etc. It’ll help to get you motivated because when you write something down, you don’t want to break the rules you wrote!
3.NAGRADITE SE– Kako ja sebe nagrađujem? Pokušavam jesti zdravo cijele sedmice, vježbati svaki dan i osjećam se slobodno da pojedem jednu čokoladu svake nedjelje. 
To me drži motivisanom tokom sedmice da jedem zdravo jer razmišljam ovako : ‘Wow, uskoro će nedjelja, možeš ti to!’
3.REWARD YOURSELF-How I reward myself? I’m trying to eat healthy all the week, work out every day and I’m feeling free to eat a bar of the chocolate every Sunday. 
It helps to keep me motivated during the week of the healthy eating because I’m like : ‘ Wow, it’s almost Sunday, you can do it!’

    • That's totally true! In this post I was talking just about the physical activities to help you lose weight and get fit, so I'm probably going to do a post about the psychical motivating and tips after I lose some weight so I have the ''right'' to talk about it because I have been through all that!
