tHToday’s post on my blog is going to be about Essence Spring / Summer 2019 Collection where I will share with you my first impressions or an unboxing of the products Essence has prepared for us this season! Hope you will enjoy it, keep reading!
Hello my dear readers and welcome to the new post on my blog which is going to be about Essence Spring/Summer 2019 Collection! So, I’ve got a chance to try out Essence products from their new collection for this season. I got fifteen of their products and I will share with you today their names, shades and basic info. For more detailed information about these products, you’ll have to wait a bit till I try them out enough to be able to share my opinions with you! Let’s get started with this Essence Spring / Summer 2019 collection!
Pozdrav dragi moji Äitaoci i dobro doÅ”li u novi post na mom blogu koji Äe biti o Essence kolekciji proljeÄe/ljeto 2019! Pa, ja sam dobila priliku da isprobam Essence proizvode iz njihove kolekcije za ovu sezonu. Dobila sam petnaest proizvoda i danas Äu s vama podijeliti njihova imena, nijanse i osnovne informacije. Za detaljnije informacije o ovim proizvodima, morati Äete se strpiti malo dok ih ne isprobam dovoljno da mogu dijeliti svoja miÅ”ljenja s vama! Pa da zapoÄnemo!
I will start with a palette called HEY CHEEKS and it’s the palette which contains blush, bronzer and highlighter. As I see (I haven’t tried most of these products yet), this palette has three shades of blush from which one is orange and two are a bit darker shades of pink. Bronzer looks quite nice and two highlighters look darker than I expected because I don’t really know if they will fit my light skin tone. Anyways, I am looking forward to trying it out and writing you a review about it! And yes, the packaging is really nice, it has a magnetic closure and the packaging itself is made of cardboard which looks like an excellent choice. The mirror is nice!
ZapoÄeti Äu s paletom koja ima naziv HEY CHEEKSĀ i to je paletica koja sadrži rumenilo, bronzer i highlighter. Koliko vidim (nisam joÅ” isprobala veÄinu ovih proizvoda), ova paleta ima tri nijanse rumenila od kojih je jedna narandžasta a druge dvije su tamnija roza boja. Bronzer izgleda jako lijepo a ova dva highlightera izgledaju tamnije nego Å”to sam oÄekivala jer ovako ne znam da li Äe uopÄe odgovarati mojoj svijetloj koži. Kakogod, veselim se isprobavanju i pisanju recenzije o ovoj paletici! I da, pakovanje je jako lijepo, ima zatvaranje na magnet a samo pakovanje je napravljeno od kartona Å”to izgleda kao odliÄan odabir. Ogledalo je lijepo!
The next two product I will share with you are also palettes but these ones are eyeshadow palettes. If you didn’t know already, Essence has made a line of eyeshadow palettes which got names by the bigger cities. Therefore, the first palette is called Hello New York and I think they connected names of the palettes and the cities very well because this palette also reminds me of New York because of its colder shades of blue and purple.
The second palette is G’day SydneyĀ and it’s the opposite of the previously mentioned palette because of its warm tones and all of the brown, maroon and even those warm green shades. Green seems to be really popular this season so this palette looks like a must-have for a makeup lover. I don’t know if I will ever wear any eyeshadows outside of my comfort zone which is all brown but it would be interesting to see if green suits my eyes! Packagings are the same type as for the HEY CHEEKS palette and I love them! Keep reading about this Essence Spring / Summer 2019 collection!
SljedeÄa dva proizvoda o kojima Äu priÄati su dvije palete ali ove dvije su palete sjenila. Essence je napravio liniju paleta sjenila koje su dobile naziv po imenima veÄih gradova. Prva paleta je nazvana Hello New York i ja mislim da su baÅ” dobro povezali imena paleta i gradova jer i mene ova paletica podsjeÄa na New York zbog njenih hladnijih nijansi plave i ljubiÄaste.
Druga paleta je G’day Sydney i ona je upravo suprotnost prethodno spomenute palete zbog njenih toplijih tonova i svih smeÄkastih, bordo i Äak ovih zelenkastih nijansi. Zelena je, izgleda, jako popularna ove sezone pa ova paletica zvuÄi kao must-have za ljubiteljice makeup-a. Ja ne znam da li Äu ikada napustiti svoju sigurnu zonu koja je smeÄa boja kod sjenila za oÄi ali bilo bi zanimljivo vidjeti da li zelena pristaje mojim oÄima! Pakovanja su istog tipa kao kod HEY CHEEKS paletice i meni se jako dopadaju!
Next, Essence shine last & go! gel nail polishes in shades 04 millennial pink, 28 razzle dazzle and 13 legally pink. I haven’t tried them yet, but these shades look super cute, especially razzle dazzle since it’s gray with glitter. I hope they are quick dry as it says on the packaging because I can get pretty messy with doing my nails. Tell me I’m not the only one!

Nisam ih joÅ” ispobala, ali ove nijanse izgledaju preslatko, posebno razzle dazzle jer je u pitanju siva boja sa Å”ljokicama. Nadam se da se brzo suÅ”e kao Å”to to piÅ”e na pakovanju jer se ja znam umrljati kada lakiram nokte. Recite mi da nisam jedina!
Essence the dip eyeliner looks interesting, I like eyeliners in these little bottles and with a firm brush. This one has it all but is it really long-lasting or waterproof (which is the key of a good eyeliner, in my opinion)? We will see soon, I’ll let you know as soon as I try it out. The second product you see on the photo is Essence #insta perfect liquid highlighter. I’ve wanted to try this out for a few weeks now, since I first saw it on the shelves in cosmetics markets. I’ve finally got my hands on it and I will let you know more soon! About the packaging, hmm… I think it’s interesting but looks too serious, if you ask me. The bottle looks like it’s some kind of chemical acid in there, the glitter saves the look, definitely. I can’t wait to try it out, honestly!
Essence the dip eyeliner izgleda zanimljivo, sviÄaju mi se eyelineri u malim boÄicama s Ävrstim Äetkicama. Ovaj ima sve to ali da li je zaista dugotrajan i vodootporan (Å”to je kljuÄna osobina dobrog eyelinera, po meni)? Vidjeti Äemo uskoro, javim vam Äim ga isprobam. SljedeÄi proizvod koji vidite na slici jeste Essence #insta perfect teÄni highlighter. Htjela sam veÄ prije par sedmica da isprobam ovaj proizvod, otkad sam ga prvi put ugledala na policama u CM-u. Napokon je kod mene i javim vam viÅ”e uskoro! O pakovanju, hmm… Mislim da izgleda interesantno ali previÅ”e ozbiljno, ako mene pitate. BoÄica izgleda kao da je unutra neka hemijska kiselina, a Å”ljokice definitivno spaÅ”avaju izgled. Jedva Äekam da ga isprobam, iskreno!
I’ve got four products from YOU BETTER WORK! line here. The first one is a fixing spray which I have tried before and I can tell you it does an amazing job and it keeps your makeup in place for a long time. The second product is YOU BETTER WORK! volume & curl mascara and I haven’t tried it yet but the brush looks quite nice because it’s rounded which I really like. Essence mascaras haven’t failed me before, hope this one won’t, neither.
Essence YOU BETTER WORK! tinted day cream is something I have tried once this morning and I can tell it has a really nice texture but it doesn’t give you a lot of coverage. And last, but not least, an eye primer! Believe it or not, I have never purchased the eye primer before. I just don’t do lots of makeup on my eyes, only on special occasions, so I never really thought about having the eye primer. I am glad I got one from Essence and I look forward to testing it!
Dobila sam i Äetiri proizvoda iz linije YOU BETTER WORK!. Prvi proizvod je fiksator koji sam veÄ prije probala i mogu vam reÄi da radi odliÄan posao i da drži Å”minku na jednom mjestu duži vremenski period. Drugi proizvod jeĀ YOU BETTER WORK! maskara za volume i uvijanje trepavica, a nju nisam joÅ” probala ali Äetkica izgleda jako lijepo jer je zaobljena Å”to se meni jako dopada. Essence maskare me nisu iznevjerile prije, nadam se da ni ova neÄe.
Essence YOU BETTER WORK! dnevna krema u bojiĀ Ā je neÅ”to Å”to sam veÄ isprobala ovo jutro i mogu reÄi da ima jako lijepu teksturu ali ne daje veliku pokrivnost. I zadnji, ali ne i manje važan proizvod, primer za oÄi! Vjerovali ili ne, ja nikada prije nisam kupila primer za oÄi. Ne Å”minkam mnogo oÄi, samo za posebne prilike, pa nisam uopÄe razmiÅ”ljala o posjedovanju primera za oÄi. Drago mi je da sam dobila ovaj od Essence i veselim se testiranju!
