Hello, my lovely readers and welcome to the new post on my blog which is going to be Afrodita Cosmetics Cold wax hair removal strips review! These strips are something new and advanced. They have detoxifying charcoal and they are suitable for all skin types.  I was really looking forward to trying them out! I’ve tried them out on my legs and on my armpits. Do I like them? Which are the good and the bad sides? Keep reading to find out!

Zdravo, dragi moji čitaoci i dobro došli u novi post na mom blogu koji će biti recenzija Afrodita Cosmetics traka za depilaciju! Ove trakice su nešto novo i naprednije. Imaju detoksikacijski ugljen i prilagođene su za sve tipove kože. Baš sam se radovala isprobavanju ovih trakica! Probala sam ih na nogama i ispod pazuha. Da li su mi se svidjeli? PACKAGING – You get 20 strips + 2 after waxing wipes. They come in a slim cardboard box and I like the green details. The strips are in the S shape made for perfect grip and you don’t need to rub them before opening. It also says they are effective on short hairs (1.5-3mm). I don’t really like the fact that they came with only 2 after waxing wipes because you’ll probably end up using both at one waxing process. After that, you’ll need to find another way to remove the wax from your body.
HAIR REMOVAL PROCESS – You should do a peeling before the waxing process, always. I didn’t rub the strips and they opened pretty quickly without any problem. The S shape makes it easier for me to pull the strip. My first impression was that the stripes don’t remove all the hair at once and you need to repeat the process. Be careful with that because, if you do it from different directions, you’ll probably end up getting ingrown hairs. I got them the first time. On my legs, I couldn’t remove all the hair with these strips so I tried from different directions. Don’t do that and you’ll be fine. The charcoal gives the wax black colour. On my legs, that wasn’t a problem because the wax didn’t stay on them, but on my armpits… I can only say my armpits looked black after the waxing. And I didn’t have any wipes to remove it since I’ve used them both on my legs before… It’s a pity you don’t get more waxing wipes because these ones were great!
RESULTS – The best thing about these Afrodita strips is that the hair on my legs hasn’t started growing yet and I did waxing 17 days ago! On my armpits, however, the hair started growing a few days after (probably because it was a really inconvenient place for waxing and they usually grow there faster, as well)…  I didn’t get any irritation after waxing, which is great because I have sensitive skin. The only bad thing is that I got some ingrown hairs, but I take the fault for that because I didn’t pull the strips always from the same direction.
DO I RECOMMEND THEM? – YES! I think wax stripes are one of the most effective methods of removing body hairs because you will have long term results. These ones won’t irritate your skin. It might be a bit harder to remove the hair all at once but repeating the process will lead to great results. And the second bad thing is the number of waxing wipes. Afrodita, please change that.

PAKOVANJE – Dobijete 20 trakica + 2 uljne maramice. Dolaze u tankom kartonskom pakovanju na kojem mi se dopadaju zeleni detalji. Trakice su napravljene u S obliku za savršeno prijanjanje i prije upotrebe nije potrebno zagrijavati ili trljati trakice u rukama. Također piše da učinkovito uklanjaju i male dlačice (1.5-3mm). Ne sviđa mi se činjenica da su u pakovanju došle samo dvije maramice jer ćete vjerovatno obe iskoristiti pri prvom procesu depilacije. Poslije toga ćete trebati naći neki drugi način da skinete vosak sa tijela. 
PROCES UKLANJANJA DLAČICA – Uvijek trebate uraditi piling prije depilacije. Ja nisam zagrijavala trakice u rukama i otvorile su se jako brzo bez ikakvih problema. Oblik slova S olakšava povlačenje trakica. Moj prvi utisak je bio da trake ne skidaju sve dlačice odjednom i trebali biste ponavljati proces. Budite oprezni s tim jer, ako to radite iz različitih smjerova, vjerovatno ćete dobiti urasle dlačice. Ja sam ih dobila prvi put, tj. to su bile više kao bubuljice. Na nogama nisam mogla ukloniti dlačice pa sam potezala trake iz više smjerova. Nemojte to raditi i nećete imati probleme s uraslim dlačicama. Ugljen daje vosku crnu boju. Na mojim nogama, ovo nije bio problem jer se vosak nije lijepio i ostajao na njima, ali pod pazusima je skroz druga priča. Mogu samo reći da su mi pazusi izgledali crno nakon depilacije. A nisam imala maramica da skinem vosak jer sam ih obe iskoristila na nogama ranije… Šteta je što se ne dobije više maramica jer su ove dvije bile odlične! 
REZULTATI – Najbolja stvar kod ovih Afrodita traka za depilaciju jeste da dlake na mojim nogama još nisu počele rasti a radila sam depilaciju prije 17 dana! Pod pazusima, međutim, dlačice su počele rasti nakon svega par dana (vjerovatno zato što je bilo i nezgodno područje za otkloniti sve dlačice a i inače tu rastu brže)… Nisam dobila nikakve iritacije poslije depilacije, što je odlično jer imam osjetljivu kožu. Jedina loša stvar jeste da sam dobila nekolike urasle dlačice, ali tu grešku pripisujem sebi jer nisam pravilno vukla trake iz istog smjera. 
DA LI PREPORUČUJEM OVE TRAKE? – DA! Inače mislim da su trake s voskom jedna od najboljih i najefektivnijih metoda ukljanjanja dlačica sa tijela jer ovom metodom dobijete dugotrajne rezultate. Ove trake ne iritiraju kožu. Možda će biti nezgodno otkloniti sve dlačice odjednom ali ponavljanjem procesa možete postići super rezultate. I drugi nedostatak je, naravno broj maramica za otklanjanje voska poslije depilacije. Afrodita, molim Vas promijenite to.
