So, I’m turning 19 today! I feel like this last year of my life has changed me in so many ways, and maybe I’ve become wiser than I was before. These are the 19 Things I’ve Learned in 19 Years!

Hello, my lovely readers and welcome back to my blog!  feel like I’m changing every year of my life at this stage. Learning something about myself has become a part of my everyday life. In this process of learning who I am actually, I’ve also been trying to improve myself in every aspect of my life. You can’t probably see that, but there’s A LOT going on in my head. We declutter our closets, our makeup collections but there’s something more important than that. Always remember to declutter your thoughts and add the essentials and updates. Embrace the mess you are. Embrace your journey. Enjoy in every moment.


Pozdrav, dragi moji čitaoci i dobro došli svi u novi post na mom blogu! Osjećam da se mijenjam u svakoj godini svog života u ovom periodu. Učenje o sebi je postao dio moje svakodnevnice. U ovom procesu učenja i shvatanja ko sam zapravo ja, također pokušavam poboljšati sebe u svakom aspektu svog života. To vi vjerovatno ne možete vidjeti, ali se MNOGO toga dešava u mojoj glavi. Radimo declutter naših ormara, makeup kolekcija ali postoji nešto mnogo važnije od toga. Sjetite se odraditi declutter vaših misli i dodati neophodno (šta trenutno nedostaje) i uradite ažuriranja. Prihvatite koliki ste zapravo nered trenutno. Prihvatite svoj životni put. Uživajte u svakom trenutku. 

  1. Be grateful. Gratitude attracts more things to be grateful for.  / Budi zahvalna. Zahvalnost privlači još više stvari zbog kojih bi trebala biti zahvalna.
  2. Even a little step forward is better that standing in place. / I mali korak naprijed je bolji od stajanja u mjestu. 
  3. Feeling a lot is okay. Feeling nothing at all would be a problem. You are soft and sensitive but that doesn’t make you naive. / Osjećati mnogo je okej. Ne osjećati ništa bi bilo pogrešno. Ti si meka i osjetljiva ali to te ne čini naivnom. 
  4. Take care of yourself. Both physically and mentally. / Brini o sebi. I psihički i fizički. 
  5. If you stay silent about the things that upset you today, you have no right to talk about it tomorrow. / Ako prešutiš o tome što te danas muči, sutra nemaš pravo pričati o tome. 
  6. Don’t compare yourself with anyone. You can always find someone doing better than you. Should you feel less than because of that? Absolutely no. You have your own path, your own dreams and goals. Don’t give up on them. / Ne upoređuj sebe s drugima. Uvijek možeš pronaći nekoga kome ide bolje nego tebi. Da li bi se zbog toga trebala osjećati manje vrijedno? Naravno da ne. Ti imaš svoj put, svoje snove i svoje ciljeve. Ne odustaj od toga. 
  7. If your words aren’t the cure for other’s heart, don’t let them be a poison. / Ako tvoje riječi nisu lijek za nečije srce, ne dozvoli ni da budu otrov. 
  8. You deserve love, happiness and a beautiful life. But you need to fight for that. / Zaslužuješ ljubav, sreću i lijep život. Ali za isto moraš i da se boriš. 
  9. There’s nothing bad about taking a break. Recharge with the things that make you feel happy. Hang out with people with whom the conversation feels like rest, listen to good music, eat good food, read a good book, and drink a cup of tea. / Nema ništa loše u tome da uzmeš pauzu. Napuni baterije sa stvarima koje te čine sretnom. Druži se s ljudima s kojima razgovor odmara, slušaj dobru muziku, jedi ukusnu hranu, čitaj zanimljive knjige, popij šoljicu čaja.
  10. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Failing is okay. Get up and keep going every single time. / Nemoj biti tako stroga prema sebi. Neuspjeh je okej. Ustani i nastavi gdje si stala svaki, ali baš svaki, put. 
  11. Breath in. Breath out. The way you feel now is temporary, just so you know.  / Udahni. Izdahni. To kako se sad osjećaš je prolazno, da znaš. 
  12. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated. / Ponašaj se prema drugima onako kako bi voljela da se oni ponašaju prema tebi. 
  13. Focus on yourself and wish to be no one else but the best version of yourself. / Fokusiraj se na sebe i nikada ne poželi da si neko drugi osim najbolja verzije sebe.
  14. Education is important but knowledge is not always acquired only in school. Be sure to learn through every situation you are going through. / Edukacija je bitna ali znanje se ne stiče uvijek samo u školi. Uči iz svega kroz šta prolaziš u životu. 
  15. Always choose to be better than the ones who hurt you. The peace you feel in your soul is more important than the people who have done you wrong. / Uvijek biraj da budeš bolja od onih koji su te povrijedili ili koji će te tek povrijediti. Mir u tvojoj duši je bitniji od ljudi koji su ti učinili nešto loše
  16. Wherever you are and whoever you become, stay humble. /  Gdje god da si i ko god da postaneš, ostani ponizna. 
  17. Don’t share everything that’s going on in your life. Stay lowkey. It’s better. / Ne dijeli sve što ti se dešava u životu. Ostani lowkey. Znaš da je to bolje za tebe.
  18. You should seek happiness in every day. Don’t wait for your birthday to be happy and to enjoy in life. / Trebaš tragati za srećom svaki dan. Ne čekaj rođendan da budeš sretna i da uživaš u životu. 
  19. There’s always so much to be excited and happy for. / Postoji mnogo toga čemu se trebaš radovati i zbog čega trebaš biti sretna.
